Establishing the program throughout it's initial stages, presenting it to Mr. Ofer Kotler, CEO at Shikun & Binui Group for receiving the company's official approval. The program included lectures from the senior management of Shikun & Binui Group, which later on accompanied the students whilst creating their first "green venture".
• Coordinating all parties involved, creating the necessary business connections for each team of students, marketing, recruitment (interviewing over 200 candidates) etc.
• Mentoring the 27 IDC students chosen for the program, whilst helping them to develop 5 sustainable projects of renewable energy, green building, infrastructure, water engineering and "integration".
• The winning project was granted a "Set-Up" grant from Shikun & Binui Arison Group.
